Promoter Profile
Mahadeo Nalawade brings more than three decades of hands-on and senior leadership experience across construction, real estate development, infrastructure and project delivery.
His professional experience spans the complete project lifecycle—from feasibility studies, planning, design coordination and budgeting to contracts, procurement, construction execution, quality management, commercial control, stakeholder coordination and project handover.
During his career, he has held senior leadership responsibilities and contributed to residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, infrastructure and township developments. This experience has given him a practical understanding of the technical, operational, commercial and coordination challenges that influence construction projects from concept to completion.
He holds an M.Tech in Construction Management & Engineering, an MBA in International Business, an LLB, and PMP certification. This multidisciplinary combination of engineering, construction management, business administration, law and professional project management enables him to approach project development and execution with a balanced understanding of technical requirements, commercial viability, contractual obligations, risk management and organisational leadership.
His professional experience and academic background provide the foundation for the Teksys vision: digital construction platforms should be shaped by real project workflows, while real estate development and project execution should be strengthened through disciplined planning, reliable information, transparent controls and accountable leadership.
